Violet Regier

For this sprint, I am currently working on finishing up the throwing overhaul, and by tuesday, I have some polishing tasks to finish, namely, making it so that Odore cannot catch a biscuit out of the air, and must instead wait until it has hit the ground. I also need to reduce the radius at which the key can be grabbed.

Jamie Burnett

During the current sprint, I’m working on a sprite for the chef, as well as animations for Odore.

Howard He

I will implement an inventory UI, featuring add/remove item functionality, a button to expand inventory slots, drag and drop capability, and hotkeys (1-9) to switch between slots. Additionally, when you throw a cheese or spicy cheese, the inventory count for the specified cheese will decrease.

Grace Yang

For the upcoming sprint, I will be working on animations for the chef character, which may take up most of my time —especially in tweaking the movements to make it look like it goes with our mechanics seamlessly. If I manage to finish this task ahead of schedule, I will help out Ben who will be implementing the level maps in engine and placing whatever environmental art we currently have.

Hannah Pan

During the next week I plan on fixing up how the pet chooses what scent to follow next and adding a checkpoint system to the game.

Jack You

I will be working on the tiles for the game.

Victor Ma

I will be working on visual indicators for the pressure plates and any bugs or miscellaneous work.
